Current plan

View your current subscription status on your profile page. It shows whether you are on the Free or Pro plan and when your next billing date is.

Upgrading to Pro

  1. Go to Profile or Pricing page
  2. Click Upgrade to Pro
  3. Enter payment details
  4. Your account upgrades immediately
Pro costs $7.99 per month and unlocks all platform features.

Cancelling Pro

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time:
  1. Go to your Profile page
  2. Click Manage subscription
  3. Select Cancel
  4. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period
After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan. You keep your data, but access to Pro-only features is restricted.

Refer to the cancellation policy page on the platform for details on refund eligibility and withdrawal rights.

Payment methods

The platform accepts standard payment methods through Stripe. Your payment information is handled securely and is not stored on HADESS servers.

View past invoices and payment dates from your subscription management page.
