# Achievements and badges

> Track your milestones and earn recognition for your progress

## What are achievements?

Achievements are milestones you earn as you use the platform. Each achievement comes with a badge that appears on your profile.

## How to earn achievements

You earn achievements by completing activities:

| Achievement           | How to earn it                                |
| --------------------- | --------------------------------------------- |
| First skill completed | Finish any skill workspace                    |
| Career path enrolled  | Enroll in your first career path              |
| Certification earned  | Add a completed certification to your profile |
| Interview practice    | Complete a practice interview session         |
| Resume optimized      | Run resume optimization for the first time    |
| Coaching session      | Complete your first coaching session          |
| Knowledge published   | Publish a knowledge entry                     |
| Game completed        | Finish your first Hack & Learn game           |
| Assessment passed     | Pass a skill assessment                       |

View all your earned badges in one place from your profile or dashboard. Badges show when you earned them.

Share any badge on social media (LinkedIn, X) or copy a direct link. This is useful for showing progress to potential employers or your professional network.
